 Darrell Bragg President | Darrell graduated from WV State College with a B.S. degree with areas of concentrate in accounting and finance in 1980. Upon graduation he spent nine years at Columbia Gas Transmission in various accounting and marketing departments. In 1989 he left Columbia to become involved full-time in the deregulated natural gas market overseeing the financial and sales aspects of a couple different marketing companies selling natural gas to industrial accounts. From October 1995 – June 2008 Darrell was Vice – President and later General Manager of the Direct Mass Markets Income Stream for Integrys Energy. In this role he oversaw the creation and development of commercial and residential programs throughout Ohio and was instrumental in establishing and growing the COSE natural Gas Program in northeast Ohio. |
 Ali Shaffer Data Analyst/ Marketing | Ali joined the RD Energy team in November 2008. Her main focus is to track and manage the energy data for our commercial and residential accounts in order to best serve our customers. Ali works closely with our customers and suppliers to insure the flow of information is accurate and timely. She works hard to make sure customers know that their accounts are important to RD Energy and receives our utmost attention. Ali also follows the statistical data related to our business in order to provide business reports to best serve decision making. She also enjoys putting her marketing knowledge to work by helping develop programs that offers savings to consumers like our Employee Perk Program and School Perk Program. In addition, Ali is often the first person you talk to at RD Energy meaning that customers get a positive first impression as her knowledge, friendliness and interest in the customer is demonstrated from the start. Ali is a 2008 Graduate from Bowling Green State University earning degrees in Communication and Business. After graduation she completed an Internship with BMW Financial Services in the Business Relations Department where she did everything from writing press releases to gathering important information and media releases, which then was channeled it to BMW associates. |
 Brandon | Brandon became part of the RD Energy team in January 2010. As a marketing and sales representative, he helps to manage and create savings opportunities for his customers. Working one-on-one with consumers, Brandon builds relationships around the principle that by working to ensure the customer is the first priority, a lasting and trusting environment can be developed. |
 Deb Meager Business Advisor | Deb helps industrial, commercial and non-profit customers make informed decisions about their energy needs, advising them on variable and fixed price offerings and how those offerings fit into their demand and budget. She analyzes their monthly, seasonal and annual usage, makes recommendations, and manages their enrollment in various programs. Prior to joining RD Energy in 2006, Deb worked as a business advisor at the Ohio Small Business Development Centers in Cleveland and Akron, and a private consulting firm, where she helped entrepreneurs, small business owners and non-profits develop their organizations with business planning, marketing, human relations and financial planning. This experience helps her approach customers’ energy needs from a strategic and sustainable perspective with her eye always on the bottom line. Deb is an Ohio Certified Business Advisor and holds an Executive MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in horticulture from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon where she worked for the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife doing water quality and steelhead trout research that helped set Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards on “acid rain”. In her spare time, Deb enjoys family, friends, growing flowers and vegetables, golf and photography. |
